Pre-order & changes

Before ordering, confirm delivery coverage and the estimated delivery window with us on WhatsApp if needed, especially for a fixed lunch break. Specific arrival times require express agreement.

• Choose the correct delivery date. Place your order before 10:00 pm Malaysia time the day before delivery.
• Group orders and individual customers follow the same deadline for adding items and eligible cancellations. From 10:00 pm, changes are closed. Late requests require staff approval and are subject to kitchen availability.
• Payment is required to confirm your order. A pending payment is not a confirmed meal.
• Join or log in before ordering to manage eligible cancellations and receive 8893 Credit. Cancellation credit stays in the same account for future orders; it cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, subject to your statutory rights.
• Remarks are requests. We will try to fulfil them, but cannot guarantee every request. Check with us about food allergies before ordering.
